Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and welcoming Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and serve as a first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a temporary position expected to run through the end of December, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and client-facing responsibilities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and respectful experience
- Connect clients to appropriate resources and services
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Maintain organized records and assist with office coordination
- Support staff and programs
- Assist with events
- All other duties as assigned with additional tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Heart for the mission of the Center of Grace
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
