Amy is a creative leader with a deep passion for people and the community. She excels at bringing diverse groups together, creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and valued. A longtime resident of Olathe for over 26 years, Amy has raised five children who attended local schools, giving her strong roots in the community. Outside of her work, she enjoys kayaking, gardening, and sewing—creative outlets that reflect her vibrant and thoughtful approach to life.
Alejandro Hernandez is the Program & Operations Coordinator at Center of Grace. Born in Mexico and a first-generation immigrant, he has lived in Olathe for over 20 years and brings years of nonprofit experience and deep community connections to his work. He is passionate about supporting the families Center of Grace serves and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel valued and empowered.
Jess is a dedicated leader who came back to serve at Center of Grace following a successful career in the corporate world. She is excited to leverage her experience to maximize operations at COG. She is incredibly passionate about the local community and meeting the needs of families. She lives in downtown Kansas City with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, paddle boarding and boxing.
