Alejandro Hernandez is the Program & Operations Coordinator at Center of Grace. Born in Mexico and a first-generation immigrant, he has lived in Olathe for over 20 years and brings years of nonprofit experience and deep community connections to his work. He is passionate about supporting the families Center of Grace serves and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel valued and empowered.

Jessica Ferrell
Jess is a dedicated leader who came back to serve at Center of Grace following a successful career in the corporate world. She is excited to leverage her experience to maximize operations at COG. She is incredibly passionate about the local community and meeting the needs of families. She lives in downtown Kansas City with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, paddle boarding and boxing.
Sylvia Romero
Sylvia was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and has lived in the United States for more than 30 years. She has lived in Olathe since 1993, is married, and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Pastor Sylvia is a United Methodist clergy member and holds a special appointment outside the local church for her work at Center of Grace. She enjoys reading, working in her flower garden and spending time in her hammock.
