nurturing children, strengthening families, building community

Our community is a diverse, unique blend of people from backgrounds spanning class, race, culture, and language. The Center of Grace sits in the heart of downtown Olathe, an ideal location for programs that benefit our whole community – from the most vulnerable in need of basic services, to those looking to bring self-sufficiency and stability to their lives. Inspired by faith and empowered by our many community partnerships, our mission is to build relationships that lead to lasting change for our city.

Highlighted Ministry: JCCC English Classes

Whether you are just beginning to study the language or want to improve your ability to communicate effectively at work and school, these classes are for you.

Classes are held Monday – Thursday in two sessions: 9 AM-12 PM and 6-9 PM.

For more information on class start dates and enrollment opportunities, please contact Johnson County Adult Education at (913) 469-7621.

The Mabee Foundation has given a $1 million challenge grant toward our $6 million campaign to renovate and expand our facilities, and Grace United Methodist Church has pledged $2 million. That means we have until July of 2020 to raise $3 million. Here is how you can help:

A pledge of only $120/month for 5 years (a total of $7,000) will make a space at the Center of Grace through Boys and Girls Club.
Help us meet the challenge and make a difference for the children in our community. You have a wonderful opportunity to change a child’s future!

We appreciate donations of every amount. Questions? Please call Pastor Sylvia or Betty at 764-1353 or click the GIVE NOW button and choose the Growing with Grace Capital Campaign.
